Q-Roc, MC Mercury, MC Alkaline, DJ White Child Rix, Barry Blue

Gunshot released the excellent ‘Battle Creek Brawl’ as their debut in 1990, followed by ‘Crime Story/No Sell Out’ the following year. Soon after, Q-Roc decided to leave Gunshot and join Son of Noise as Curoc.

The remaining members then went on to release ‘Clear From Present Danger / Interception Squad’ and ‘Killing Season / Nobody Move’ which established them as one of the UK’s greatest Hip Hop groups. After a couple more releases they released their excellent debut album ‘Patriot Games’. After releasing ‘Mind Of A Razor’ in a few formats, the group released ‘Colour Code’ and a singles collection before the long running partnership with Vinyl Solution ended around 1995.

A couple of years later Gunshot joined the label Words Of Warning and released their second album ‘Twilights Last Gleaming’ along with the single ‘Ghetto Heartbeat’. In 2000 Gunshot went out in style, releasing the brilliant ‘International Rescue’ album on CD, featuring the excellent ‘The English Patient’ with BladeHuntkillbury FinnIcepickMC Mell’O’, Task Force and Sir Beanz OBE.
