INFORMATION
|
|||
| Biography Asher D first hit the UK Hip Hop scene alongside Daddy Freddy with the classic and original ragga hip hop track 'Raggamuffin Hip Hop' in 1987. Not to be mistaken for the member of So Solid Crew who shares the same name, he achieved great succes with Daddy Freddy until after a while he got mixed up with herb and the police and was sent to prison for a long time. When he came out Daddy Freddy had gone solo and was doing well, so Asher D decided he would do the same, he went on to release a few solo projects on the Music Of Life label, like his single 'Still Kickin' with Joseph Cotton and album of the same name, also a single release with Misty called 'Raggamuffin Darlin'. We're not to sure about what he is doing now, if anyone can provide more information it would be much appreciated, info@heroesofukhiphop.com |
